There will be traditional Scottish reels and jigs throughout the evening, with a few waltzes for those that prefer a more serene form of dancing.
Please be advised if your guests are not paid-up members of the St Andrew Society of WA, they must pay Non-Members rates.
Ticket are now released for non-members!
Any one Member can book up to a maximum of ten tickets and all the tables will be arranged for a maximum of ten guests per table. Once Members have had the opportunity to book tickets, this invitation to purchase tickets will then be offered to Non-Members from Monday 2nd October 2023.
As always, we want you to get the most out of your evening and it would help if you knew a few of the reels and jigs. We do not “call the dances” or do walk throughs, which reduces the number of dances we like to do on the night. To help you enjoy your night, we will be holding a series of evening lessons starting on Tuesday 26th September through to Tuesday 21st November. Venue, day, dates, time, and cost are as follows:
Please specify when you book if you have any special dietary requirements or seating requests. We will try to meet seating requests as far as possible. As there will be ten guests maximum per table, smaller groups and singles will be grouped together as considerately and carefully as possible.
Bookings will close on Friday 17th November 2023 (in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Contract with the Rendezvous Hotel) unless tickets sell out earlier. Given the interest in this event last year and the early enquiries we have had, this is quite likely. We would advise you to book sooner rather than later.
Should you be unable to attend the event after purchasing tickets we must advise you that the St Andrew Society of WA do have a refund policy in place. Full details can be found on our website by visiting the refunds page on our website:
Why not stay at the Rendezvous Hotel, relax, and enjoy the night.
We have arranged a special corporate rate with the Rendezvous Hotel for those wishing to stay the night.
This consists of a 10% discount using the code CONV10.
