Pre-Ball Dance Practice Lessons (3 in total)
As always, we want you to get the most out of your evening and it would help if you knew a few of the reels and jigs. We do not “call the dances” or do walk throughs, which reduces the number of dances we like to do on the night. To help you enjoy your night, we will be holding a series of evening lessons starting on Tuesday 9th January through to Tuesday 23rd January. Venue, day, dates, time, and cost are as follows:
- Venue: The Townshend Theatre, The Irish Club, 61 Townshend Road, Subiaco (The bar in the Townshend Theatre will be open from 7.00pm during the dance practice classes.
- Dates: Tuesday 9th, 16th, and 23rd January 2024
- Time: 7.30pm until 9.30pm
- Cost: $7.00 per person.
These dance practice nights are a great opportunity to not only learn the reels and jigs danced at a Ceilidh, but to refresh your memory, catch up with friends, have a drink and a guid blether. You are of course welcome to come along even if you are not planning to go to the Burns Supper.
