An important part of the AGM is the election of the committee for the coming year.
There will be ordinary committee member vacancies to fill.
You do not have to attend the AGM to nominate or be nominated as a committee member.
The appropriate forms are available on the website Home Page under ‘Contact Us’.

Please bring along a plate if you can…
Food will not be available to buy.
We will have a couple of door prizes ie coles vouchers and every member can have a drink for free.
Very reasonable priced drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
Membership:
You need to be a paid-up member to vote and stand for a committee position. Membership renewals can be done on the night if necessary!
